Together Again lived up to its name behind the scenes. The album marked Dennis Edwards’ return to The Temptations after several years away, bringing one of the group’s most powerful lead voices back into the lineup. At the same time, the group stayed creatively involved in the studio, co-producing “10 X 10” and “Do You Wanna Go with Me.” That blend of reunion energy, polished 1980s production, and renewed vocal fire helped make Together Again one of The Temptations’ strongest late-career Motown albums.
